On January 19, 2008, Sky City Cultural Center & Haak’u Museum will welcome a much anticipated new exhibit, The History and Restoration of the San Esteban del Rey Mission: 1700 – Present.
Join us as we celebrate the Grand Opening of this beautiful new exhibit dedicated to the monumental structure, the San Esteban del Rey Mission, housed atop a 370 ft. mesa known as Acoma Sky City. Dance performances will be available and refreshments will be served throughout the day.
While you’re here, enjoy a wonderful variety of foods in our Yaak’a Café or take a look through our beautiful collection of pottery, jewelry, and books in our Gaitsi Gift Shop. As always, guests are welcome to tour Acoma Sky City and enjoy the beauty of a land rich in culture, tradition and history.
